Getting arressted

Some guy at the bus stop in downtown bellevue just got arrested. He had an eyepatch on, and was surrounded initially by 2 cops. One officer pulls out his tazer but leaves it at his side. Two more officers also pulled up in squadcars, and the guy surrendered.
